Refund and Return Policy
Sometimes, unfortunately, despite my best efforts, mistakes are made. If I have made a mistake on your embroidery, either on the spelling or the details requested, I will replace your item or offer a full refund. On the unfortunate occasion where the embroidery is incorrect due to a Customer Error where the information provided to me was wrong, I am unable refund, exchange or rectify this. The embroidery CANNOT be corrected , as unpicking is impossible due to the density of stitching. It leaves the fabric underneath damaged. Please be sure to double check all of the details you provide on the Custom Embroidery Form before submitting and then recheck when you are sent a proof of your design . Changes cannot be made once proof approval is given.
